Describe the qualities needed for your role?

As a learning and development specialist, our job involve the interaction with all walks of employee at Micron. So the most important quality for me is communication skill. Other than this, as a company facilitator, we also need certain level of presentation skill, and more importantly, Growth Mindset, this is the most important quality for not only L&D Specialist, but also all positions, you have to have a Growth Mindset to see new things, and make continuous improvement at your role.
