Ask when you need it! The most important lesson that I learnt after join Micron is to ask when you need support. I joined Micron as a new collage graduate, when first enter into workplace, I am afraid to ask for help. So I try my best to find all means to solve question by my own. It was incredibly struggle for me. One time my supervisor understand this situation during our 1 on 1 conversation, she was so surprise because she thinks that I was handling all very well. She was so sorry that she did not find my struggle and help me in time.
She encourages me that try not to bother other and finish all by own is a good quality in some way, but sometimes its time wasting. At Micron, we have many stakeholders who can offer guidance when you need support. Such as your direct supervisor, your next level leader, your mentor, your coach, and all the SMEs, colleagues. As the old saying that "Two heads are better than one". Always make full use of the resources that are available will be more efficient during work.
That is the lesson that always keep my mind clear.
