Is education background a key factor to filter resume to HR in Taiwan?

Hi all, my mane is Kenji. I am a software engineer with 8~10 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing and glass manufacturing industry such as Sumco,Amkor,AGC and Corning. And I have apply few positions on your website, but no one contets me. So, I am confusing about how you filter resume in Taiwan?

Hi Kenji, for sure education background is one of the key filter for Micron to assess talents, but we would not limit our talent strategy only for education background, the working experience and overall qualifications are also quite important for us to make selection.
For your application to jobs in Micron Taiwan, if its already been quite a while not being contacted since your application, you may send a email directly to the recruiters who was responsible for the job if you could see that, or sending a email to Micron Taiwan talent acquisition team through public email address. Another way is finding a Micron team member to make internal referral for you.
