well~ first of all , I would suggest you to wake up early to organize your daily priority for the date , then do what you put in priority first before answering e-amils . Micron provide a good flexibility for employee to find their own balance , as a Mom I may need to leave office earlier but I can finish my work after the kids go to bed . You eventually will find your own balance 😊
