I appreciate the values of collaboration and tenacity the most amongst my colleagues.

The success of any project depends significantly on the collaborative spirit of team members, especially in a multinational company like Micron where teams are spread all across the globe. Teamwork and collaboration help in bringing out the best solutions to different issues, so having a collaborative spirit is greatly valued.

Semiconductor industry operates in a highly challenging market condition. Supply and demand imbalances, requirements of high capex and the need of constant technology upgrades makes it an ever-changing field. These factors constantly present number of challenges to sustain survival and here the value of tenacity becomes indispensable. The tenacity demonstrated by Micron teams members over several decades can be accounted as probably the most important attribute which has led us to the position of leadership in both the DRAM and NAND technology.
