I think it is communction! , the most difficult part is also the mpst enjoyable part of my job is to communicate with different roles of different departments internally and also externally , how to drive the same goal among the different angles , get everyone's endoursement, and share their concerns . Everyone is unique hence you need to have lots different communicate styles and approaches. sounds interesting , right ? :)
