What does growth and development look like here?

Well development and growth varies on the career goals of a person. However Micron supports development thorough mentorships between team members. There are also courses for self discovery like leadership courses. I have had a privilege of being in one my self and I can say that it is a fulfilling experience. For growth on the career path we need feedback and that Micron provides through periodic quarterly meetings with our supervisors. However, a team member can request such a meeting as need arises.
