How can I land an entry/mid-level job at Micron with a Ph.D., despite facing repeated rejections?
Additional information
Experts took a look at my resume that said it's great, but got rejected at Micron many times. I'm no longer enthusiastic about my job search. I'm not interested in working hard to get a job. If I spend so much energy to find one, I won't have any energy left for the actual job. Please advise. Thanks

Hi and sorry for the late reply!
I know that in Japan it may be difficult to find a job after Ph.D. , I also passed through the same problem. My advise would be to apply to the positions that are close to your actual field of study, this will maximize the chances of getting the job. Another thing is Japanese language. If you can show that you are able to speak or write even basic Japanese, I think the chances will significantly increase.
Hope this helps!
