Describe the challenges you face in your role?

1. Exposing Vulnerability: this is a challenge that I've been facing for a while, as a team member, especially as a recruiter who stands in the frontier of fields, I'm not bold and sophisticated enough to show the vulnerability side of myself, this could be a shortcoming with certain skill, a bad habit, a negative feeling, or sometimes the sense of tired, but find a way to expose the vulnerability properly to people around is important for one to get relief, stay relax and recharge the energy. On my way of improvement yet still in need of sharpen this skill. 2. Gathering and Integrating Resources: this challenge often is not come from the actual lack of resources, but the skills for one to figure out what could be the resource and the bold of raising request for certain resources. The evaluation on whether one thing could be the resources and its value depends on the depth of one's understanding on the task, and the boldness of requesting also depends on this and meanwhile the level of confidence. Still get space for myself to make improvement on the cope of this challenge.
