At Micron we have Employee Resource Groups (ERG), which are employee-led and volunteer-driven groups centered around shared identities or experiences. Their mission is to create communities that bring us together and ensure we feel supported, and empower us to stand up for equality both inside Micron and the communities in which we live and work.
Our employee groups provide rich opportunities to develop future leaders, increase employee engagement, build alliances across differences in the workplace, drive innovation and cultivate an inclusive culture.
"PRIDE+Allies" is an Employee Resource Group where LGBTQ+ team members (and their allies) can thrive as their authentic selves in the workplace and community.
Micron PRIDE+Allies strives to promote an environment that fosters and promotes productivity and creativity of all its employees. The goal is to increase awareness of cultural differences within our own community and the Micron community at large. We seek to create a welcoming environment to help employees feel supported, and have a "home base" to help foster trust and inclusiveness on the Micron campus.

Marco perfectly summarized Micron's stance when it comes to creating welcoming environment for the LGBTQ+ members. To add further, coincident with your question, Micron will also be celebrating June as the Pride Month. Many festivities and events have been planned in June across different Micron sites all over the world. It would be difficult to mention details here, but to provide overall image, we will be having about 20 events in total. These events will involve expert discussions and information sessions themed around different topics of importance to LGBTQ+ community.
