There are a variety of ways that the company is working to help women progress. These include mentorships and in addition to this the company also has in place an employee resource group focused just on women leadership in Micron. On this platform women can share experiences on how to advance their careers in Micron. Ally-ship is also encouraged in the company which is bringing to out equality.
