How did this company support your career growth?

Career growth is something that has to start from you, withouth that desire stepping forward is difficult. I think is very similar when you are working in a company and you leave to pursue another career path...the good thing is that Micron is such a big and diverse company that you have the chance to move vertically or horizontally within the organization without changing company.
I also used this chance, and moved from the Talent Acquisition team to the Talent Brand and Innovation team. In other words the answer to this question is that Micron definitely support your career growth, according to your goals and aspirations, but you have to remember that YOU own your career.
