From my side I love the job itself because is extremely stimulating and requires a lot of creativity. But I also love my team, and the fact to use different languages and be in touch to people from different background and culture every single day.
For instance, on the other day I kicked off my day with some meetings in Japanese, worked my team members in Singapore, India and Malaysia in the afternoon, and finished with a meeting in Italian with our team in EMEA.
