What are the company's values in your own opinion?

PEOPLE: we value and care about people as human beings, not only as a resource. That is why we do not have a traditional "Human Resource" department, but "People Organization" department.
INNOVATION: working in a fast-paced industry as semiconductors requires that we constantly have to try and experiment new things in every level of the organization. Personally I really love this part of my job.
COLLABORATION: at Micron we do not work individually, but as one team even across countries and cultures. Working in a global team is definitely one of the most stimulating aspects of my job as you can learn sooooo much from all the people you work with every day!
