How is this company different from your expectations?

After working in corporates for many years I learned that the best expectation is to have no expectations. For this reason I had my first interview with Micron with an open mind and no prejudices.
For me the most important thing in a work environment is the people I work with, because if I have to spend every day 8-10 hours in an office I want to work with people I like. The very first person I talked to was EXTREMELY nice and polite. After our call I was really impressed and I had a very positive image of Micron. After that all the other interviewers I talked to left a VERY positive impression in me, and that is why I decided to join Micron.
So, to answer this question, I had zero expectations in the beginning, and Micron impressed me from the very first day.
