Product Engineer (Global DFT Alignment)
When I was a new hire I was given small tasks on bigger projects. Here I was required to report to my On Job Trainer(OJT). He would advise me and was the contact person to learn new things on device Architectures. Then after that responsibilities kept on increasing and now I have full responsibility of projects.
