You can learn a lot of semiconductor knowledge including process/inspection/metrology in Micron self-learning. I think most of important skill is communication and coordination due to one person can't complete the job (challenge). We co-work with multi-function group team member and brain storming together. Therefore, communication and coordination are very important skill.
