What kind of soft skills have you developed since you joined the firm?

Micron values people development in a great deal, they provide us with comprehensive learning opportunities. Other than the on job training which set solid foundation to our work. There are also lots of resources available to provide the most in need soft skills which can benefit further self upgrading and career development.
For example, when I first came to Micron, I was a new collages graduates who had zero working experience, everything was new to me so I have to learn from the start. As a learning and development specialist, the key skill requirement for me is presentation skill, which I was really bad at that time. So I attended the company Presentation skill class which helped me a lot through skill delivery, presentation demo and 1 on 1 guidance.
Other than this, Micron also provide us with meeting skill, conflict skill, problem solving skill, EQ and many other soft skill classes, as well as online learning platforms like Micron University to explore interested topics. Micron emphasis "Learning" instead of "Training" because they encourage each of us to own and fuel our development by utilizing what Micron provides.
