Design Engineer

The most valuable thing I have learned from my role is to never overlook minute technical aspects of the product design.
While focusing on achieving the overall major product functionality, designers often become complacent regarding fundamental technicalities. Memory chip has billions of transistors and numerous other kind of devices. Even a single faulty transistor, device or connection can lead to product failure causing inconvenience to the customers. Subsequently, the corrective measure would require rectification of the design at our end which adds up to the incurred cost and man-hours.
Therefore, it is important to be cautious and never overlook any aspect, no matter how obvious or small it might seem.

Recruiter

As a recruiter, the most valuable thing that I've learnt include: 1. Never Work Alone: collaboration is not a choice but a must, recruiters have to cooperate with business, other people team members, candidates, etc., in order to make a successful placement and creating a talent ecosystem within the Org. 2. Always Integrating Available Resources: this one is closely connect to the first one, recruitment is the activity that in need of multi resources and the recruiter must have strong sense of integrating all the available resources. 3. Sticking to the Company's Mission, Value and Culture: these concepts could sound fake but actually they are not in certain companies, like Micron, we set actual projects, resources, action plans and key metrics for the realize of all these concepts and by sticking with them could a member of the company truly get the point of how good it feels to work in Micron. 4. Dare to Lead and Lead by Example: people makes mistake, but mistake never is the sign of failure but the beginning of a better self, as a leader, we could be dare to lead the people and business, as a team member, we could be dare to lead the function and desk we own. Do not lead by words, by emotions, by orders, lead by example, the team member would know that.
