1. Asking Questions: A was a newly joined manager without detailed understanding of Micron knowledge and methodology before, and these were actually a complex system that could be obstacle at the beginning for new comers. For A, this is not any kind of a issue, because he set no barriers for asking anyone any questions, regardless the question itself, the people that he asked, he just kept asking till he got the solid understanding. This was a very important qualification for a new joiner to any organization, instead of making guess or hesitating whether it is right to ask someone a question, just ask.
2. Stick with Process: process could be annoying for someone, especially those put eyesight heavily on the results and value process with a low position. However, proper process is actually not only the shield of business but also the booster of business, it could lower down the risk and improve the efficiency for business. Sticking with process is essential especially in a MNC and corporate like Micron, and the understanding and stick with process are very important skills.
3. Optimistic till Optimizing the Work: one of my colleague really impressed me with her optimistic character. The optimistic was combined with two parts: optimistic when doing work and hold the pressure when making mistake, kind of confusing, right? Or in another word, whatever happened, she kept being very delightful and moved her task forward with continously improving methods.
