What skills have you gained since you joined?

After starting to work at Micron, I have gained various hard and soft skills.

Some of the hard skills gained are as follows :
- Semiconductor product development understanding
- Familarity with the CAD tools used for chip designing and verification
- Knowledge of product validation testers
- Understanding of process engineering, device physics and large scale integration circuit design techniques

Some of the soft skills gained are as follows :
- Teamwork and collaboration to achieve major targets
- Time management
- Japanese Communication skills
- Cultural awareness
- Problem solving and debugging customer issues.
