Thanks so much for this question,
I have a great time scheduling my work and family time.
With this thing called flexible time....So I report to work slightly later than normal in times I have daycare dropping duty and leave early when i have daycare pickup duty. This only possible because of flexible working hours where the employee can adjust their report and start time within a given timeframe.
