In my idea, it's more like work-life inetgration, which it's how/what you treate your time/life goal.
As a farmer, he/she will earn the money by selling crops. he/she is the leader and emplyee and always think/execute anything can help for better output, even it's necessary for fixing water supply system at 1am.
As a Semi-fab team member, you may be a emplyee and always think/execute anything can help for better output, even it's necessary for fixing the trouble Etch tool at 1am. If you are a leader, you always think/execute anything can help your partnar or team for better output, even it's necessary for leading them to fix the trouble Etch tool at 1am.
Making it simple, we always think about how to get the system /life better, enjoy the success and celebration together!
