How do you manage your workload in your role?

I think that time management is a very important part of my job, especially because I work with team members in different time zones. I know what I have to do and I know the deadlines, the "how" is up to me.
When you start working for the first time this might be challenging as you might be slower than your peers, but with time comes experience and you will know what do do and how to do things better and more efficiently. Learning is a never ending process, and after many years in corporates I think I built my own work flow.
