What is the work-life balance like in your role?

I believe that work life balance is not an entitlement or a benefit. Your company cannot give it to you, you have to create it for yourself.
Time management skills are very important in order to achieve this, and when you start a new job is quite difficult having a decent work life balance, as you need to learn and catch up with lot of new things.
In my case - as I work in a global team in different time zones - I need some extra flexibility. Sometimes I have to start very early in the morning, or I have meetings very late at night, but I do not feel that my job is "9:00 to 17:00", is more like there are several things I need to do that are spread over the whole day, the "how" to get these things done is completely up to me.
