Have you found it easy to maintain a work-life balance?

At Micron, Work life is given ample importance and we are encouraged to take time off when needed. My leader has often encouraged me to speak up when I am overwhelmed or overburdened with work. We try to distribute the workload so that one does not feel the additional pressure tough in any role you are responsible for some projects which you are expected to deliver on time.

At times due to some critical deliverable one may end up finding themselves not in a position to maintain work-life balance, however it is only sometimes that this may happen. There will be times when you can take the days off as part of the benefits at Micron and you are encouraged to take care of your mental and physical well-being.

Many a times I have the time to rejuvenate, balance my life along with my work and as my work would demand sometimes I do have to work on deadlines.
