Is there a possibility of working flexibly in your role?

Regarding me I actually have to be flexible! Because my supervisor and my peer are based in the US oftentimes I start to work quite early in the morning, and I have to work from home because there is no way I can be in the office by 7AM. But as I also miss working from the office and having face-to-face interactions with my team members I try to go to the office as more as I can. I think in the end is always about findng a good balance that works for you.

I love to chat with my team members, no matter their jobs/family/life experience etc...
So, I take remote meeting more frequently now to save time from moving around transitioning between meeting rooms.
Acutally, this helps me a lot in the morning also as I can have time to take my son to school before going to office (He eats his breakfast at 7am while I start my meeting at 7am, no worry!). Not to mention how this helps when I got trapped in traffic rush hour.

In the end, we care input, no matter face-to face or remote. I believe having such a great environment in Micron is the key aspect that we succeed to balance work and life.
