The training itself depending on the team you will belong to. For instance, an engineer working in the quality department needs a different skillset than an engineer working in photo lithography.
Having said that we understand that new graduates might not have a deep understanding of the manufacturing of semiconductors (many of the people we hire have a technical background but is not related to this industry. For example we hire candidates who studied biology etc.), therefore we provide a VERY extensive training so that everyone can be able to work indipendently in about half a year.

Hello and, thank you for your question. Like Marco shared, new graduates will have specific training courses (both virtually and physically) based on which team you will be joining.
These training courses will be assigned to you in your mail box on day one. Most of time, these courses will come in the order as general courses in each site first (such as security, EHS and some fundamental knowledge everyone needs to know) and specialty courses later (such as how to use manufacturing system, operation system...) These training programs will sometimes take weeks or even months to finish depends on different team's requirement.
Meanwhile, your coworkers around you will be a great resource to learn too. They will give you some primitive guidance to help you get into situation faster and better.
Hope I answered your question, have a great day:)
