I am a biotechnology student and I was wondering if my field of studies would be suitable for Micron Technology

From experience I have come to understand one thing that being in school and getting a certificate is just a proof that actually someone can learn. However the actual learning is long life process depending on the career path that you want to take. In Micron there are many people from different disciplines spanning from Agriculture to Metallurgy. Now turning to your question specifically: Biotechnology deals with chemistry one of the backbones of manufacturing so yes you can find a place in Micron. But just have career goals clear.
