Please describe the most enjoyable aspects of your day-to-day role?

There are various enjoyable aspects of my day-to-day role. I would like to list some of them as follows:

1) Continuous learning => By working on different aspects of the product design and having discussions with experienced team members, I can continuously learn and hone my technical skillset. Micron also provides various external resources for the development of employees.

2) Cross-cultural interactions => Micron has very diverse workforce with team members spread across the globe. We collaborate closely while working and interact frequently. Apart from work related talks, occasional informal talk help in broadening my horizon about different countries and associated cultures.

3) Participation in ERGs => Micron support ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) and I am also part of some ERGs. I chat and meet with the like -minded members of my group regularly. We plan, coordinate and organize events together around a theme aimed to be fun yet informative for the attending audience.

4) Mentor-Mentee interactions => Micron has a program which allows people to select mentors. Mentors act as a the guiding source for the mentee. With all possible topics for discussion on the table, this program is very helpful for employees. I am also part of this initiative and enjoy interacting with my mentee from time to time.
