Started as a summer intern 1991 at Micron Technology Boise's DRAM product engineering group; Joined Micron in Jan. 1992 after graduating from Clemson University with MSEE; Started as product engineer, later became DRAM design engineer; Came to Shanghai in 2003, is one of the initial 14 team members who started Micron Shanghai R&D Center; now Micron Shanghai has ~700 team members with various functional groups

Collaborating with team members from global sites with various culture and knowledge background, finding innovative solutions is very exciting

I chair a global steering team and come up with BIC methodology

I am a chair for worldwide layout steering team. We identify opportunities in our design flow and come up with the Best In Class methodologies.
