From biological research to semiconductor production technology

When I was a student, I researched proteins related to human diseases, and it wasn't until I joined Micron Memory Japan that I started learning about semiconductor processes. After joining MMJ, there was an OJT system and a mentor system, so I was able to acquire knowledge through extensive training. I feel that the thinking skills I developed through research activities during my university days are still useful in my current work.
