At Micron, we embrace a culture of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, which we usually call DEI internally. Under the concept of DEI, we aim to make sure that everyone is seen, heard, valued and respected.
I think the best explanation of this DEI culture is that we have founded different Employee Resources Groups (ERGs) globally to support underrepresented groups. We support and invest in their personal growth. More importantly, we bring influence to the community via ERG activities. This is not only what Micron does or cares as a company, its also how we demonstrate social responsibilities as a good corporate citizenship.
Micron's culture is also one of the most important reason which makes me want to stay. It makes me feel safe and valued, and I am also longing to be part of the engaging culture, to respect, to influence.
