What's your top tip for doing well at interview?

In my opinion during an interview the most important thing is to show your personality. I think that joining a company is like getting married: in fact when you join an organization you will have to spend there 8-10 hours every single day, and I think is pointless spending almost half of your life in an enviroment you don`t like. In that sense you can think at the interview process like "dating", before getting married you need to be sure you like each other, right? For this reason more than showing off experience and knowledge (which, don`t get me wrong, is also important), I believe that showing what kind of person you are is the most important thing.
