How do you manage your workload in your role?

In my role, managing workload requires a lot of flexibility due to working with different regions and time zones. For example, my supervisor is located in the US, so sometimes I need to wake up early to talk to him, as his night time is my morning time. On the other hand, when I need to communicate with Europe, I might have to work a bit later.

Overall, it's all about time management. If you give yourself two days to clean up your house, you'll take two days to do so. But if you give yourself four hours, you'll get it done in four hours because you'll adjust the way you work accordingly. For me, it's the same with my job.
