At Micron we do believe in DEI: Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
For this reason we do hire new graduates, because we want to hear their opinions and listen to their ideas. Personally when it comes to listen to junior team members` ideas I would like to have a deeper understanding of the project plan they are workng on, the schedule, resource utilization, members, and organizational structure etc.
