Hello Mr Marco, regarding interview process, is it normal in Micron in having 3 rounds of interview stages ?

Hi Irfan, please let me taking the chance and pleasure answering this question. If we must give a Yes or No to this question, then Yes, 3 rounds interview is nothing unusual in Micron. We know this could sounds too much or special to some candidates, but this is the key for our hiring managers to take our responsibility for the candidates, and also for Micron. Interview is a process for us and for the candidates to make evaluation on each other to decide whether this talent or this job is a good fit, 3 rounds, or even more rounds of interviews could having the direct hiring supervisor, internal peers and internal customers, skip level managers all be covered within the interview process, thus for Micron's side, we could get to a conclusion on a candidate with higher rate of accuracy, meanwhile for the candidate, by interview with various stakeholders instead of just hiring supervisor, She/he could also get a better picture of how this job looks like and would be. Both candidates and the interviewers would devote much time and effort into the rounds of interviews, but all these would pay both sides back. Hello Irfan! As Justin and Jeff already mentioned, yes, it is normal. It actually depends on the position you apply for, but I think in general 3 interviews are pretty much the standard process. When I applied at Micron I also had 3 interviews.
We want you to meet as many people as possible within Micron, so that we can learn more about you, and you can have a better understanding of our business and culture. So, no worries at all and give your best shot to at the third interview! :-)
