Hi, good afternoon, glad to have your question. For the first six month, team member are mainly in a stage of learning and familiar with own position. So the training you received will generally be similar. Which is onboarding training for you to familiarize with our policy, culture, program and benefits, on-job-training for you to get hands on your own job. And other self-paced learning opportunities based on your own interests. We provide a strong support from key partners to our new hires at all position, such as Mentor, Coach, SME

Is the mentor assigned individually for each new-hired member?

Mentor is provided to every Micron team members optionally. If you have a specific area would like to get guidance, or find someone you admire and would like to learn from him/her, you can initiate a Mentorship request from Micron internal platform, if the Mentor also have time and accept, you can start to follow the mentoring resources Micron provided to start your mentor journey. It's totally a voluntary activity to support your development, not mandatorily assigned by someone

Your mentors do not have to be in the same site, you can apply for those from the US, Japan, Singapore, India.. sites too
