Actually no. Since I joined, Micron has constantly surpassed all of my expectations and honestly I could not ask for a better place to be!
I am not going to lie, I really cannot find any negative aspect about working at Micron

Echo what Marco said, actually if there is one thing that I wish I know before I join Micron, I would say that I wish I know Micron much earlier.
Micron is the first company for me to start my career path. As a new collage graduate, I really do not know anything when I joined this company 3-year ago (including that I do not know Micron is making memory chips, :D). I treated it as any opportunity for me to experience a new thing, but with lots of uncertainty.
After joined Micron, I met a group of people who is kind, optimistic, always learning and always being helpful. Not mention that Micron had the most complete process for everything. It's the best place for anyone new to start the first job. I am thankful because I learnt so much from these group of people and this company. Even after 3 years, I still not having one day regret of my choice, and in my job as the first person for new hires to meet, I always wanted every new hire to know the best Micron which I am proud of. I think they can still see the passion from my eyes. :D
