This is a very good question. I think that each team is looking at different qualities and skills, but in general at Micron we like people with a growth mindset. Meaning, people who are willing to keep learning and challenge themselves all the time. For us this is quite important, as we are constantly innovating and coming up with solutions and products that are not existing in the market yet

Hi Jacy, the priority that we set for new hire differs considering different site, function and job level. Regardless the difference, we do have certain value that we put into every new hire, which are: people, innovation, tenacity, collaborative, and customer focus. Talent who hold these values could better fit into Micron culture and get a bigger chance to be hired by us.
