Well, do you mind being a little more specific in what you would like to know.
But from my experience I will share. I have been in Micron for six years and it was at a time where I wanted a change in my daily work. I thought this would be very hard but I a very grateful that I was easily given the support and chance to try something different. Sometimes companies can say that they will support you in the process but I can say that they have kept their word with me. That makes anyone feel valued as employee. There are also numerous chances to grow.
