Hi Amnast, we treat talents from application and internal referral with principle of equity, so from the interview and evaluation standards, there are no difference. Meanwhile, the fact must be admitted is that candidate from internal referral would be easier to be noticed by recruiter and also with certain "credit" added by recommendation, this is an advantage through internal referral
