What support is available for career changers?

If this is about the change that Micron could provide for an Micron employee to make career change, then:

1. iJOP (Internal Job Opportunity Program): this program support Micron's member to apply for internal job opportunities regardless the division and area, as long as the member fulfil certain conditions. This is a practice that help thousands of team member to make career change every year within Micron.

2. Micron University: for Micron members' who would like to sharpen or expanding their skills, we have Micron University that could provide tons of lessons and learning programs for team member to figure out what he/she would like to learn.

3. People Development Programs: Micron's people development team would provide diversified development training programs to team members and help with the skill set up so that benefit the career transfer for team member.

4. Buddy, Mentor and Sharing: every time an new member join in Micron, he would be assigned with a buddy and mentor, who would help with all the process and also the technical skills for the new member's blend in ASAP and we have a strong sharing culture that could also benefit the new team member's growth.
