It is very interesting because they exhibit a more open mind. The question they ask are eye opening because they make me reexamine and re-evaluate my assumptions or what I call common knowledge . And this spurs innovation and learning from each other because they bring a perspective not available in the team at that moment.

It takes inclusivity, curiosity, and patience for one to find the beauty within collaborating with new comers from a totally different field. Things could be quite smooth in these cases, the new comers' different field exposure could make up for current team, and bring in more energy. However, in many cases, the beginning of cooperating with a totally different background new comer could be tough, this two share different method of working, different mindset, and different taste, this could bring out uncomfort and even conflict. When this happen, its essential for both sides, especially for those who's already in the company before, to hold inclusivity, by which could allow us to be open minded for new method and new styles; to be curiosity, by which could allow us to figure out the details and truth; to be patient, by which could allow us to make full piece of communication and adaption. With these mindset, the tough period could be shorten to the most, and then people would find the power of diversity.
