Additional information

I have more than 20 years of experience for a job at Micron Japan that requires at least 5 years, and meet all the requirements. I am very interested in working at Micron and am confident that I will be an asset to the company.

In my nearly a decade stay at Micron I have seen some mid-career hires.
And over qualification is no barrier to entry, just getting a good position where you can contribute.
Traditional Japanese Companies, normally focus on New College Graduates but Micron having a global mindset is different.
